Inspections of buildings and their technical installations

Our engineers offer you a careful inspection of your buildings and of your technical installations. These inspections are based on the study of concepts as well as the results of measurements carried out by our engineers on your premises.

Building inspections are mainly devoted to the study of the thermal envelope. They are based on the analysis of construction plans as well as the results of thermographic measurements made by our engineers.. We also perform aerial thermography using an autonomous drone developed by our team. These inspections allow:

  • to visualize energy losses;
  • detect faults or lack of insulation;
  • to find air leaks;
  • to find moisture in the insulation, roofs and walls;
  • detect mold and poorly insulated areas;
  • to identify thermal bridges;
  • to estimate the heat transfer coefficients U;
  • to spot the infiltration of water in the terraced roofs;
  • to detect hot water pipe breaks in the heaters;
  • to see construction errors;
  • find faults in the supply pipes and the district heating network.

Upon receipt of our thermographic inspection report, you will be able to precisely target the work to be undertaken, allowing you to make significant heating savings and increase the quality of life in your building.

The fixed price of our basic service for a detached house is 400.- CHF tax incl.. This service includes:

  • Move (FR – BE – VD – BORN);
  • The complete thermography of the interior and exterior;
  • Comments and advice given on site;
  • Image post-processing;
  • A USB stick containing thermal images in .jpeg and .pdf formats.

The fixed price of our additional service for a detached house is 700.- CHF tax incl.. This service includes the basic service as well as a detailed report including:

  • Analyzes of each thermal image;
  • Estimated calculations of the heat transfer coefficient U of the walls, roof and glazing;
  • Renovation advice;
  • The report in print and digital form.

Inspections of technical installations are based on the conceptual study of the installation as well as the analysis of its realization. In addition, we carry out measurements and tests to support the results. It is thus possible to compare the different approaches and conclude an in-depth analysis report.
