Establishment of the CECB/CECB Plus Certificate
To obtain the CECB/CECB Plus certificate for your building, the certification conditions must be respected and you must be able to provide us with the documents described below:
Conditions to respect
- Individual houses, collective dwellings, administrative and commercial buildings
- Building with at least 4 years of construction (otherwise, CECB new building)
Documents to provide us
- Architect’s plans including quotes (In the absence of plans, an added value is charged)
- Electricity bills over a period of 3 year
- The bills for the energy agent used for heating over a period of 3 year
- Other documents if available: Energy justification produced for the building permit application and existing CECB certificate.
